Before I go on the quilting board I always tell myself that I will only stay on for a little bit of time as I have soooooo many things to do. I tell myslef, I will only answer a few questions, comment on a few quilt pictures but welcome all the newbies. Well this is what I intend to do but find myself on the board sometimes for 2 hours or more.
Are you in charge of your time or are we all influenced and held captive by our love of quilting.

I spend a lot of time by myself, when DH is in Lubbock tending to business there. I'm also not a big fan of tv. So, I spend a lot of time on the board looking at stuff and reading posts. However, I just downloaded Kindle for PC's and bought a couple of Earlene Fowler books, so now I'll have to choose. Oh My! :-D

I'm kind of "regimented" that way....I'll put the kitchen timer on so I KNOW it's time (of course I have a "Noah edition computer"..... I have to admit it's wonderful to see pictures of everyone's quilting journey though.

I am pretty proud of myself today cause I finally managed to stay off the QB for most of the day and most of the weekend.

If I hadn't stumbled upon this board, I would never have gotten back into quilting after a 20-year hiatus!! Any time I spend on here is a learning experience!!

I usually stay up way to late on this board and get up early. Once in a while I will take a nap. I'm trying to make lots of quilts, but, don't work on them during the evening since I retired a month ago. I don't get on the board during the day.
