I watched a tutorial on 4pp 3 times to make sure I would cut right for the repeats and could pin it right....Well

I messed it up

when I was cutting my layers I was just thinking I needed 4 days and still had fabric folded in half and layered 2 of my pinks with 2 of my browns not thinking...

So when I was pinning it I unfold my half and everything lined up fine (still 2 pinks and 2 browns ) instead of 4 of each but I saw what I had done...but thinking well I still have strips to cut thinking I could fix it...NOT

So instead of trashing the whole thing I have decided to go with it and see how it turns out...patterns are the same just background colors are different...it might not turn out right but I will see what I end up with never know I might like it

Do the patterns match? Did you stack them all lined up? If so, it should be a beautiful effect, just lay them out and see if you want the colors opposite corners or side by side. Can't wait to see, plz post pictures as you go.

I try to change a pattern just a bit, to make it unique. You may like the difference better than the original. Look forward to seeing pictures.

Pattern malfunction happens to everyone. It's your quilt and your design. Save your blocks that didn't survive the cut...Make a wonky wall hanging or a quilt out of them. Don't stress the little stuff. :-)
