Default Single (!) Block Quilt Design

I bought a printed fabric with a large print and want to make a one block quilt with it. I'm looking for some designs with one block. Do you just add borders to get whatever size you want or ? Thanks for any ideas and/or suggestions. Diane

You can see the print at: eQuilter.com and the pattern is named "18-Wheelers-Latte". I thought I might cut the pattern into squares, but when I received the fabric I want to make it into a one block quilt. Thanks for you reply. Diane

Use the fabric for the center then add piano key border using colors pulled from the center piece.
