Stitch N Frame has a special sale every Thursday from selected fabrics in their store. I always watch for those. They're having a huge Winter Clearance right now with many Civil War fabrics included.
Thanks so much for all the great sites, I'll check them out right away.

Oh, I forgot about Craft Town. I order from there ALL the time. It's a great quilt shop in Salem, IN if you live close enough to go. They have some great sales prices right now, although they're not Civil War related.

If you have a Fabric Depot near by, they have a lot of civil war fabric.

They have shirtings but they are not in clearance. Have you checked out their web site?
