I think this must be impossible, because I say it all the time too.I am gonna clean up, and then..........well, I try, but it just gets messy all over again..........what is the secret? maybe its because we are so busy sewing, we dont have time to clean up???

ONCE a year????? hahaha! I have to do it at least once a MONTH! Invariably, the fabric I want is on the bottom of a pile, (I have them folded & piled by color plus some in drawers by color) but when I start pulling pieces out, they HAVE to fall down sometime!? Then I start all over! Of course, they're in the closet so when they fall, I can't close the doors! Have no choice but to clean it up because they always take a few more things with them! Plus the UFO's that are piled up! Couldn't pass up those great fabric sales! lol! :-D

Just remember..creative people are a little messy! lol! I totally understand..evertime i start a project..it gets all messed up.

No one "has" to post pictures..or "join" us..we are just giving each other a little push..I am glad some of you started already..that is the point really...make some progress in our space!
Isn't it wonderful when you find a fabric, you totally forgot about?!
I get sidetracked alot..start with the books and magazines, and end up sitting on the floor, reading one or two of them!

I painted my room this past summer too. a pale yellow. pulled the carpet up..the wood is a mess, but i wanted to be able to move all my stuff around, since most if it is on wheels. If i ever get the floor to the point where you can see it..i will be able to use the swiffer to get the threads and dog hair off it...
