I just recieved an email with the tracking # that I requested and I tracted it and my package should be here tomorrow. They are very good with handling complaints and such. So I'm happy about that, but it beats me why I did not recieve the tracking # before when they said it had been shipped. Any way. I may reconsider ordering from them again. I had the same situation as Bobbinchick! It took almost 2 weeks to get my order! I also did the same-had to email to get the tracking number and I called customer service to let them know I was not happy! They were very nice and my order did arrive the next day but I've never had an order take this long--even machine cabinet!! Good luck with your order and hope all turns out well. Judging from all the positive comments, maybe they just can't get it right all the time.

I have ordered from them several times, actually I have an order just come in today from them! Happy with their service so far!

Although the merchandise I ordered was fine, delivery _was very slow. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. I have had much better experience with Connecting Threads and others. I will probably not order from them again--too slow.
