Default Color combo's you are tired of seeing?

I'm a bit bored with the Aqua/ Orange/ Pink/combination.

I noticed the 3 quilts that happened to be sitting in my living yesterday were all various shades of purple and green, but somehow I'm still not sick of that combo.

I don't really get sick of seeing any colors. I like see everyone's interpretation in design. People always surprise me.

When I think of that combo I think summertime- cotton candy, sherbert,... I think I am so new back to quilting and all of the fabrics that it may take awhile to grow tired of them. Stash is too big to become bored with any color combo right now.

I dont like the mag. trend that mixes fabrics so the design is lost.

I don't like what I think of as dull colors like browns, tans, darker reds, which for me means most of the civil war fabrics. I like color, the brighter the better, scrappies are the best.

I love color, so any light or dull colors I get tired of quickly.

I got real tired of that blue and brown combo before it even hit fabrics. Every other designer on the HGTV design shows used that combo for at least a year and then it hit fabric designs. I don't like blue much in the first place and blue and brown together are really pretty boring since they're both fairly neutral.

I think the 'country blue and country mauve' - and I have LOTS of those fabrics!

I am a bit tired of the large scale prints that are so predominant. I would like to see some smaller scale prints with lots of colors rather than just a few . Seems like the smaller the scale the less colors are in the prints.

I looooove the blue and browns, especially if it's an aqua type blue, LOL!

I do think though, that it will be a combo that "dates" this era, just like mauve and dusty blue was in the 80's and that funky orange and brown (remember the mushroom pattern, LOL) was in the 70's.

As for being tired, I think we will all be tired of it eventually. I'm just not yet, LOL!
