My DD will be so happy. She loves that color. I feel a new quilt in the making for her.

I have two I bought this season to make this winter. One is from connecting threads and the other is one by red rooster. I love the tourquoise color and I am thrilled they are featuring it this year not only in fabric but also in clothing.

I find myself using more of this color - just kind of happened.

I really like this color; most shades of it. I make a lot of scrappy and turquoise or aqua will make it POP!

I have to agree that it will cost us more money. Afterall, walls need to be painted, new furniture, window treatments, etc. just so everything compliments the new fabrics in our quilts. My husband is going to just love it!

I just ordered a kit with a lot of turquois. I think it is a nice lively color and a happy color. I also like yellow, and used a lot last year..........it had been sadly missing for a long time so I was happy to see it return in so many hues. I have definintely restored my stash with sunshine!!!!

This is the color my granddaughter has loved for five years now. I have a new quilt in the works for her with various prints and white that leaves lots of room for special quilting. Can't beat a quilt with aqua and purples for stunning impact in my opinion. Love it.

I'm glad this subject came up. I want to know what happened to true bright colors. My DD wants a red, white and blue quilt. She does not want wine, ecru and country blue. These colors are almost impossible to find and matching red and blue via the net is quite interesting. My LQS is like so many and goes mainly with the trends. Thanks for letting me vent. That felt SO good!

I don't pay much attention to the color trends, just so long as the stores don't solely stock them.
