I found an ATQ Wheeler & Wilson Treadle Sewing Machine&Cab ` (8641598) on the Goodwill.com auction site. I wish I lived closer but no such luck. It is local pick-up only. If anyone here lives close enough you might be interested. I think the number in parenthesis is the item number.
