It's wonderful. It lists the quilt store's address, phone and hours and sometimes the stores even offer discounts if you bring in the ad. It's great for their business. On the back is a map of the state and the cities are listed whose stores place ads and you can see where on the map they are located. I love it.

I have seen them around the state and in KS, but don't where to actually GET one...

You can usually find the Country Register in a quilt shop, also in some craft stores as they advertise in there, too. I've found them in Nevada and Arizona as well :)
