a quick tip for those of you doing table runners. If they are made to use, use thinsulate instead of batting or fleece. Protects the table a little better. Got this tip during the last shop hop.

Thanks! Lots of good ideas so far....I'm also thinking of Christmas, for sisters, friends, etc. A lot of these ideas are great for that, as well.

Lots of good ideas. In our area things are really slow, hope will be better soon.

Some other ideas besides those listed would be: wine totes, coffee mug wraps, zippered bags, pillowcases, cell phone totes, ipad totes...try to think of really useful items...what would make great gifts...as that is what people will be shopping for at fall craft shows. Good luck!!

I wasn't quilting then, but anything I made with in college colors sold like wildfire. I would suggest simple tote bags (to take to the game). Even luggage tags would sell I think.
GO VOLS!

Thanks for the ideas-I have often thought selling somethings but I am just afraid no one would buy anything-may give it a try!

I've see lots of table runners, but you have to price them right. Also, keep in mind people don't take into consideration of your time, they just want something cheap.

aprons were a good seller at our last craft fair. Something unique and different catches the eye. Christmas or Thanksgiving fabric works well.
