Do work for others? Website?
#1
Does anyone here provide quilting services for others and have their own website? If so, did you create your own website? Or did you hire it done? How does one go about creating their own? Any advice or tips of going about this process??

I built my first website at www.homestead and I highly recommend their product. It was very stable, the site had great uptime, it loaded quickly, and it was easy to build.
Since then (2003) they have added a lot of features including integration with PayPal. So unless you are planning to sell LOTS of products (meaning hundreds), I think it is the perfect place to start. It has everything you are likely to need.

godaddy.com is another place to build a website. Is easy to use. You will have to pay for your name, secure payment license, and monthly charge. But it is safe and easy to build your site and they have good customer service.
