I asked in a thread that I can't locate now what a UFO was - found out that it means in another thread.
Un Finished Object.
And here I thought oh we get to do flying saucers!

WIP - Work in Progress
BOM - Block of the Month

Are there any others?
Going to bookmark this thread so I don't lose it this time.
Thanks.

I got lost with all the DIL etc Daughter in law SIL son in law DH dear husband stuff and had to ask. I haven't used a chat room in a zillion years (since AOL) had come out and apparently I am far behind the times. I get lost in the emails my kids send TTYL etc.. slowly I am remember some easier half the time to just type it out. Know for every question you ask there are several others out there wondering the same thing and you have made their day easier too.

I thought DH at first meant "dumb husband", but later found out it meant "dear husband"

DIL/SIL: daughter/son in law

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I too wondered about many of the titles and had no clue.
It helps knowing while reading what things are.
