Well, it is pretty unamimous, isn't it? The motivation is THROUGH THE ROOF! - I PICTURE myself doing yet another project, and then---------I get------------side-tracked. Wouldn't change it for the world! The photos that are posted are WONderful, the links are great, and everyones' energy is fantabulous! ------------ How come we don't hear from Eddie that much anymore?? hmmmmmmmmmmm

I have definitely bought more fabric so I must be more motivated and I've practically become an expert just by reading all the post everyday. My to-do list has also gotten longer. But have I quilted more or less? Are you kidding? Do you people actually still have time for that? LOL

I used to quilt all day long before I started working full time. Now I don't get that much done but I get lots of inspiration and patterns from the board. Now when I DO get to quilt, I think I do it better and am tackling projects that I didn't have the confidence to do before.

This site has kept me quilting. With no guild to belong to and feeling kind of like a lone wolf quilter, this forum has given me a group of fellow quilters who provide me with inspiration, ideas and motivation. My actual sewing machine time is irregular because of other life things happening, but I certainly THINK and TALK about quilting MORE!! Before joining here, I described myself as someone who has tried making a quilt or two, now I describe myself as a quilter.

I am trying to not let the forum cut into sewing time. I love sharing and learning here though so much.
