I started to read this thread and thought how the Curvemaster is something that I should try. I want to do a drunkards path and that might make it easier. Then I remembered that I have some presser feet that I bought a while back. Went into the sewing room, and guess what? I do have the Curvemaster, never been out of the box. Thanks for reminding about this.

I got mine at my LQS but plenty of online sources if you google it.

I did have templates, they come in many sizes, but the one I got was specifically for the class because you could fold a FQ in quarters and it would make 4 of them as well as a couple of 3.5 inch ones. I did buy the smaller template after my experience with the big one went so well. But I haven't made any that size yet. You don't need the plastic template, you could just make paper templates and cut them by hand.

Kathy, it's just a presser foot that helps the two oppisit curves go together smoothly, any curved pieces cut in any fashion

I will post this quilt again. I made this from the curvemaster foot. It went together so well. I have both sets of templates and the pattern was on the template directions. I did SID with a decorative stitch using varigated thread .

made with Curvemaster foot.

I have the foot that I bought at one of the quilt shows. When I finally got around to trying it, the one end of the circle didn't meet. I sent a picture to Sandy (I think that is her name). She said I needed specific templates. I bought them and now I love the foot.
