I am going to have DH cut a couple of size boards for me and cover with flannel or fleece. I think it would be good when sewing all the different pieces together, will help keep them straight.

I use a TV tray with batting and canvas stretched over it for pressing and really like that. Maybe I need to make one with flannel for piecing!

A friend made one by picking up a 18" canvas for painting at Michael's then covered it with flannel. She takes it every where.

If you can find a bank or other office doing remodeling, get the desk dividers, they work GREAT!!!!!! I have 2.
