I get the same message when I try to access it from my iPad or my PC. I called and emailed, but they assure me that the problem is on my end. I finally got through on my PC when I manually cleared my browser's history. It was a real pain. I completely reset my iPad but still can't get to their site using it.

Someone decide not to let folks browse at work?
Sounds like a parental block

I think it is more of a block than the other. My bank blocked one home site from letting me access the bank, giving the same reason, website doesn't exist or cannot find website. I went to comcast and got through to my banking online site the first time using the identical wording..............

Smile the same thing happened to me

The same thing was happening to me so I finally phoned Hancock's of Paducah. The fellow that I talked to was so helpful. He said that they had made some changes to their web site and that was what was causing the problem. He talked me through how to change the cookie setting on my computer so that I could view their site. He talked me through it by phone in easy to understand steps. Now their site works great for me.
