I don't have a picture of the book. I no longer have the book. Mom has it at the moment. But if you search it it will come and I will get a picture of the ruler. Though you can use a regular ruler as well if it has the angles on it. I have used both.

The ruler I have is called a super 60 but there is more than one that has that angle. It can be used for other blocks as well.

Great! It is a lot of fun and adictive. One of the few things you don't need a pattern for. Once you figure it out. It is full speed forward.

Either will work, the bonus with the super 60 is the other end, it has the size you need it you are to fill in instead of cut off the little points along the one side, Most people just cut them off, if I am in a hurry I cut them off, if not, I like the look of them,

I also have the book, and will be getting the ruler next week and hopefully some fabric too, so I would love to follow along.
Thank you so much for sharing this with us

I used my regular ruler for my OBW. Any ruler will do as long as it has a 60 degree line. It was very easy! Unless you just want an excuse to get another ruler! LOL
