I took a class with (Home Exstention) and made panties one time. Still have some fabric, the pattern and etc. I loved doing
it and they wore very well. A fun thing to do.

I once saw a class for custom fitted bras - the class was crazy expensive - like $200. Now that I'm older and things have... shifted... I wish I'd done it.

On the bottom, I'm an all cotton girl. For the top, I've found that my size usually means those flippin' underwires. Tell me a man didn't come up with that plan! I'll put an underwire in their shorts and see how that goes. Anyhow, I make a small snip in the center front and yank those underwires right out. Ahhhh.

shop in the next little town near here that makes bras to match your own shape and can keep the girls up in the air instead of examining what's happening in your pants pockets.

Your reply made me chuckle. I buy mine form Hanes on line. Always on sale. I LOVE cotton panties, especially in the summer when I sweat when working in the yard and garden. Is that too much information?

$300 dollar a month water bill to teach the kids to garden? One year, ok. She wanted me to know I could sew underwear if I needed to, so I did. Still know I can, but I don't.
Smart momma!

I also find that Victoria's Secret is a better fit so with the money I save in other areas I buy them when on sale of course. I was also told of another place from several folks that say its totally worth the price....but they are more expensive thab VS but a better fit for older woman. I haven't made the pluge yet but really thinking of it...

Even tho I recycle everything that I can , I do buy my bras and panties. For years , Ive bought pkgs of panties
from Sears because they seem to fit best and I like the slippery ones , cotton drags on clothes.
Bras are another story. Even tho I dont have much to hold up and never did, I like to wear bras because I wear t shirts almost daily and even if they arent thin, they can be "revealing" for some "pointy parts".
