I have had one for a short time and I really like mine. I bought the quilt binding tip to use on it. Works great. To make double sided tape, just put it through the press a second time, but bypass the tip. I haven't found any cons, but I know there are other posts on the board where some say it's not worth the money. I shopped around for a while to find a price that I was satisfied with. Bought it on ebay, but Wal-mart's price is basically the same. They even carry it in my local store.

I have it and love it. I bought the extra quilt tape tip also. My dh even likes to make the binding now!

Hi, I've had mine for a few years and absolutely love it. I love making aprons and used it to make the binding for them but now use it for making binding on tabletoppers/runners.

I have one, and I like it. I'd say my only complaint is that there isn't much room for a lot of rolled-up strips.

Thanks for the tips. I have been thinking about buying it but wasn't sure that it was worth it.

I have one. I use it all the time. It took some practice to get use to it and have everything go smooth. I make straight double fold using the largest tip tool. I buy clearance fabric by the yards, doesn't matter what color or print and make binding out of it cut from the lengthwise grain so I don't have to sew a lot of strips. I have a bin full of ready made binding.

I got mine at Joann's on sale with an additional % off coupon for your whole purchase. I think it was 60 or so. I havent used it yet.

Our local Walmart has them for $60, and also two sizes of quilting tips (add-on accessories).
