It's hard to tell from here but the center looks like one of those nine patch stars (I am sure that is not what they are called) You know the kind that starts with a solid square in the middle, flying geese at 12, 3, 6, and 9 oclock and squares in the corners but no squares in those corners. I cannot tell from the picture. are the outside stars solid strips or pieces like a normal star. whichever the case it looks like alot of inside seams to me. A nemesis to be sure. Good luck.

This would get you the eight point star in the centre and then you would have to figure out how to put the different strips around it and then finish with the feathers.

The feathers are made from HSTs. I have seen the pattern too some place but I can't recall where.

HST is ????? Sorry probably have heard of it but can't remember?
