Sometimes the subject is an in progress project, so only reading the beginning pages, would result in missing out on what happens later. I posted progress of a fireworks quilt I made a couple years ago that went on for several months and created 80+ pages of posts.

I'm fairly new to the QB. love it and all the suggestions. Is there a way to delete responses in each thread. I read through all the responses but some give advise and others are just comments. If I want to bookmark the thread on my IPad I don't need to save the comments. MTS, when you go into your link and open it, I like how it changes color. Does it Chang to another color if you reply? Just wondering how you know you commented on a thread so you can follow it? Thanks!

If, however, for some reason, I do want to look at an earlier thread I commented on that has no recent updates, I would click on SETTINGS, and then on the left side, click on SUBSCRIPTIONS.
That would give me the entire list of threads, provided I'm still subscribed to it.
I might have signed up for a thread for some information, but not commented. If I choose to unsubscribe at a later date, that thread would no longer ever show up on my list.
Also, when you read a thread with multiple comments like this one, there are manyways to enter it:
1- Click on the thread title. We all knew that.
2- Next to the date/time of the last post, there's a little blue box with 2 arrows in it. That will take you to the LAST post of the thread, so need to go in the front door and page and scroll to get to it.
3-If you click on the thread title, which takes you to the first page, on the light tan bar under the thread title, is an option to click on "View First Unread." That's specific to YOU, and will take you to the YOUR first unread.
It would be much more useful if that option 3 where on the Thread listing page, so you can get right to the lastest unread thread, but you can't have everything.
I actually thought I saw it here once, but it must have been another board.

MTS, Thanks for the info. I don 't know what I was thinking - I knew it just saved the link, not the comments too! Senior moment! I am going on the site map - much easier. I like the "subscribe". Thanks for telling us about the tan bar. It will be easier when going in the subscribe. Have to try that yet.
