Has anyone sold selling quilts on Etsy? I would like to list a few baby quilts I have made but don't know how well they would sell.

I have had many customers sell baby quilts on Etsy made with my applique blocks. Many people would email me and ask my permission to use my blocks for resale which is fine with me. However I don't know how often they sold one because I don't have time to keep up with all....but as for my own sales I can say that Etsy has really picked up some selling speed in the last 3 months. You just have to be persistent.

I have 8 items posted with no sales and my prices go from $6.00 to $600.00. I have even paid to promote my items. Very dissapointed here.

How can you tell if merchandise is moving by watching a site? I see a lot of crafters doing contemporary designs and I would assume these things move faster and for higher prices because they appeal to urban consumers who might expect to pay the higher prices and would value handmade work because it's not something they're used to.

Am I right?

The only way that I have found to tell what has sold is by looking at a sellers feedback. Etsy doesn't have a completed item section like Ebay does.
