Default Double Faced Quilted Fabric 100% cotton

I am searching for a wholesale source of double faced 100% cotton pre quilted fabric to make embroidered table toppers out of. I have tried the local stores, and can't find 100% cotton, only polyester. I want white so I can dye it different colors. Does anyone know of a company that offers it by the bolt for a reasonable price? Thank you in advance.

    Did you try Checkers?

The comment about Checkers (which is a wholesale catalog used by many quilting shops, and others I'm sure) brought to mind the idea of asking at your LQS (local or regional) to see if they use other wholesale sources and will consider ordering this for you, perhaps at a slight discount since you want a full bolt. You might also email some of the fabric companies we are familiar with (United Notions, Marcus Fabrics, etc.) and see if they carry this product. Many of the fabric manufacturers create all kinds of fabrics, not just quilting cottons.

FelineFanatic here on the board might be able to help.

When I contacted checkers a couple of years ago I had to have a business license in order to purchase. My LQS did a lot of business with them and could order, just not as cheap for me.
