I am ready to try to make my favorite quilt, the double wedding ring.
Can someone suggest the easiest method for me?
I read/saw a pic of someone making the Eleanor Burns method....
thanks for your help!
Any tips/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I've never made a double wedding ring quilt. I'm sure that there will be several people on here who can help you!

I would read up and practice sewing some curved pieces if you have not done them before. There are many video tutorials on this available too :D:D:D
I can't wait to see yours!!!

I never knew there was a easy way to make a double wedding ring quilt until I saw it in an Eleanor Burns book. I have made 2 DWR quilts, one piece at a time.lol It was hard, but I just finished one I have been working on for 4 years, or at least I have the top finished. I also made one about 33 years ago. One little piece at a time. The next one will be from Eleanors book. Good luck.

If you want to piece and quilt at the same time, there is a pattern to do that. I saw this on simply quilts with Alex Anderson, on HGTV.

I have a DWR die cut if you are interested in having your fabric pre-cut. PM if you want.
