That's right, I need to sell my Janome 1660P DBX, boo hoo, and another older machine, give my Bernina Virtuosa160 to my oldest daughter and buy me a multi-tasking machine that does straight and deco stitches. :-) Already gave another daughter a machine. I just need one machine which I want to purchase in my downsizing and pending move to another state.

Does anyone know where to go to find the value of a Janome 1600P DBX? Purchased Oct. '05, just love it. Have semi-industrial cording feet, 1/4", 1/8", 3/8", and 1/2", a walking foot, a plate and darning/freemotion foot to go with it, and a right zipper foot and a left zipper foot. Didn't notice one on eBay.

If anyone knows the value, would you clue me in, don't know what to ask for it around here. Thanks.

You wouldn't have an embroidery machine you want to sell, would you??
That's been my latest search :)

No, sorry, but I wouldn't mind having a sewing machine that does a little monogramming, too. That would be the only thing I would be interested in as far as embroidery.

Yes, exactly. I paid $900 for mine five years ago, and I have all the extra feet, etc, I was thinking about $750. Thanks for your help. I have not put it where my guild will see it yet, but I may sell it through there.

Why sell it? It is a perfect straight stitch machine for a quiltEr. You can actually quilt on it with it's high speed and thread trimming for piecing. What's not to love about this machine.
