I have been using this tutorial: http://ayumills.blogspot.com/2008/05...ic-basket.html - to make little easter baskets for our celebration. I am trying to make them different for each person - then I will fill them with goodies - they are not only for the children but also for the adults. I am really enjoying this process. I will post pics later when I get more done. :)

Otis I co-lead a quilt group on eBay. One of the gals on there made these for all the members. We make a small gift for each member for the group anniversary. She did them with strips & selvages instead of the sqs. I keep it by my sewing machine to put scraps in. They are sure cute and handy..
Thanks for sharing the pattern. crafty_linda_b

I've made those, too. All her projects are lovely, right now I'm making her pleated purse to go with my sister's party dress. Then I'll make another basket for Easter; I saw a cute picture of one with Bunny ears attached to the rim.

I made several of these with Christmas fabrics and put a little Christmas hand towel, Christmas soap, candle and an ornament and gave them to the neighbors.
