What do you plan on using it for? I have a tool for marking 1/4 inch seam allowances. It is about 12" long but only 1/4" wide no matter which side you use for measuring. I have another 1/4" tool that is flat with several oblong holes cut in the center. This one is used for marking squares to be cut for 1/4" triangles. I don't know of any tools that are only a 1/4" wide and designed as a cutting guide.

I just recently bought a ruler called add a quarter they are available in 6 inch and 12 inch size it has a quarter inch lip on edge used for paper piecing so you can cut off extra fabric leaving you with quarter inch seam not sure if this is what your looking for found mine at local quilt shop cost $7.00 for 6 inch one.
