I have a question Have any of you dealt with C.Jenkins and Co. in Dellwood, Missouri? I have never ordered online before but I really wanted some of the BubbleJet 2000 to print some pictures to go on a quilt for my 4 year old Granddaughters birthday. It has been 4 weeks and I have received nothing not even a reason of no delivery until I contacted them last week and was told it was on the way. Still have not received and now it is too late to go on the quilt. Her birthday is this Friday. They do not answer the phone says they are closed. Just wondering if anyone knows of this company and if I have just lost my money.

I don't know this company, but hope you used a credit card.

    call the better business bureau!
i've been on-line shopping for years and have had very good luck but i am very careful about where i shop- and it has to be an actual-verifiable shop with a history (as in been in business for a number of years- have links of customer comments= have a good customer service link===
can you stop your payment? if you used a credit card you should be able to contact the card company and get the charge reversed- and report the problem-
if you used a debit card i would get to the bank! make sure they did not take more than they should have and fill out the forms to reverse the transaction.
until you are familiar with a shop you might want to come here and ask...before placing an order...just to make sure it's a legitimate place- there are (crooks) all over unfortunately.

I had a similar thing happen to me. I called my credit card company, they returned the money to my account and went after the seller themselves.

I've used them several times in the past, never had a problem. Sorry it's not working out for you.

Their website seems to be up and running.
    http://www.cjenkinscompany.com/

I am sure you probably already tried this, but if you go to HELP there is a place that says " My order was not received" If you click that it shows where to go to track your order. You should be able to find out if it has been shipped and where it is on the way.
