there are many fun group workshops available when you subscribe to the quilt pattern magazine. this is just the newest one & the one i decided would be my summer hand project.

I love all those variations.

Now I know what to do with the 'dog ears' - I had purchased the diamond forms and just wasn't able to get all the edged 'tucked in'!

I love the pinks and blacks and the print choices, but your piecing of the hexes is just fantastic. That will make a beautiful quilt when you are done. THEN we get to see how you choose to quilt it! I guess that's a triple treat.

Absolutely gorgeous blocks. I have never seen so many different shapes using the hexigons/paper piecing. I just cut out a bunch of 2.5" squares to do hexigons, but haven't started yet. I may have to check into those patterns! Looks like lots of fun and very different. I love it.

I'm with dakotamaid, please share them here so we can follow without searching through all the new posts Just wondering do you have to purchase all the pieces or are there printable templates from Pattern Pastiche? Curious to know if the subscription fee will cover or if I'd need to order things to get started, weighing options before I jump in head first!
