I am a little excited...
I have just prepared the entry forms for the World Quilt Competition 2011. The pictures are made (that was hard! To take good pictures of wholecloths is almost impossible!) and I just have to send it to the German coordinator.
Keep the fingers crossed that they accept my entry! Thank you!

I agree, you don't need luck because you have such tremendous skills. They are the lucky ones because you make an entry with your wonderful quilt!

Good for you, Andrea.

Since you won last year, I think you're a shoo-in for this year. :)

Huh, Janet...don't be too sure! But, to be honest: I hope so! Nevertheless it's always a good feeling to know that my work will be seen by hunderds or thousands of interested visitors.

For people to see finely done hand work is both a treasure and a pleasure. A skill not a lot of us take the time to develop.
