Just purchased a long arm 17" nustyle the name is not familiar to me but I tried it and liked it she has no bells and whistles but that's okay with me it will be a blast when I get it delivered and set up. Anyone have one of these machines?? If so how do you like it.

My husband got me a Juki midarm machine for Christmas! They call it a long arm, but it has only a nine inch throat space, not 17! I don't have the roomfor a frame and only wanted a machine i could learn to FMQ on a table top.

    Congratulations on your new machine!!

Nustyle is one of the original longarm companies, like Gammill, APQS....I believe there is a website so take a look........Join a longarm list on line, there is one at quiltropolis that is very helpful....and all I can say to a beginner is be patient with yourself, unless you are gifted, your feathers will need lots of practice. Get as many DVDs as you can afford, practice on paper and before you know it you will be having fun.........
