Saw this somewhere & thought it was a great idea. Always need little gifts. Used lavender inside. About.com?

That was my question so I'll be watching for the answer. Might have to make one or two of these for my DD. She always uses a sleep mask.

Great idea. you could even put a band on them and use them for sleeping.

I make them as well. For weight, I put flax seed in them as well as lavender. Great for a headache or just relaxation. With the flax, they stay on your eyes pretty well.

I have one made out of a tube sox with rice in it. It is a god send when I get one of my major headache's. Also good for sinus problems. I heat mine and you can also keep in freezer for cold. It goes with me when I travel also.
