I always eavesdrop when I hear people talking about their favorite line of fabric. I don't remember the names when I am seeking fabric for a project, but remember the comments when I pick up a fabric I like.

I love all good quality fabric. My favorite designer is Kaffe Facett.

I would love to have the money to buy Hoffman fabrics as they look so beautiful on-line and in catalogs. Since all my quilts are for charity and we receive no funding I just purchase whatever I can afford and try to make it as beautiful as possible.

I don't think I would know one from the other. I don't buy a certain fabric, If I see it and like it, I buy it. Not too knowlegable about fabric.
