I love the French braid pattern. I've done two and choosing fabric for a third. Maybe that's what I like best (LOL) is choosing all those fabrics.

I like Log Cabin blocks and Feathered Stars, basically, anything with points.

I really love the disappearing Four patch. I've made several blocks in that pattern. It's just Too fun. Haven't made a quilt yet because when I saw the tutorial (on this board), I was already committed to other things. However, a quilt in this pattern is in my very near future.

also, the disappearing 4-patch pinwheel is calling my name.

Take a look at the easier wedding ring--will have to look up that book--cannot remember the name!

I REALLY like the disappearing 9-patch--so easy and looks complex!

Brickwalk is pretty easy--so are Woven Ribbons and Jack's

My true favorites are the old patterns but now I'm getting addicted to all the new ones too!
I'd have to say Log Cabin and Irish Chain (and a bunch of others lol)
