I either buy jewel tones or warm earth tones... I can usually please everyone out of these, and I like working with them too :D:D:D

I am drawn to fall colours and my favourite is brown.

Bright colors for me. Like the ones you find in kids quilts. I am a kid at heart and love all kid prints that are bright and bold.

I am with you.
I had a purple desire at first and now it's blues.

I went to Mary Jo's and bought all the blues I could find. I bought a 1/4 yard of each.
My project for the Winter is a Sampler quilt for my bed.

Oh the Mary Jo's trip is my Christmas from my husband. He took me, carried all the bolts to the cutting table and carried the basket with all the cut fabric. Then he took me to lunch. Our trip there it was snowing to beat the band. So pretty.

I am truly blessed.

Merry Christmas.

Never met a purple I didn't like (exception light lilac). I agree that I have to force myself to buy other colors.

When I first started quilting I was drawn to Kansas Troubles fabric by Moda, I have made 2 king size quilts and one double size with it. Come to think of it, I pretty much use Moda fabric exclusively. My project for the first of the year is a king size quilt (for me) out of Harmony by Moda. The reason I am telling you the particular line is to me it is not one color exclusively, it is all of the colors that I pick to make the quilt.

For what it is worth I do have quite a bit of Windham Centinennial.

Must be reds as I have an over abundance of them.

I'm not picky with the colors I use for quilting, I love all the colors. But I do like black, yellow (the color of sunflowers) and purples. Put a butterfly or a sunflower on it and I love it!!

I'm a pink freak!!!
But I'm always on a kick it seems. Blue has been my favorite
color for most of my life, just recently I noticed that colors I never used to like now appeal to me. But my stash still has more blue than any other color.
The only colors I really dislike are orange and brown!
