I used to sell the contents of homes when the families were putting their loved ones in a home and I came across a lot of cushions on chair seats that were made with feathers. The one owner told me that when you sit in a feather seat, your rump does not get hot, that it is cooling because it breaths. I think we could all use this on our sewing chairs!!! Why get a hot seat?
