Default First Catalog

OMG! I think I died and went to heaven! My very first fabric catalog came today: Hancocks of Paducah- Summer 2013. I never knew these catalogs existed before I read a QB post. So now, instead of working and getting ready for a new job, I am drooling over the fabrics.

OK step away from the catalog. If you don't get ready for your new job who is going to pay for all of that fabric that you now want!

Yes, I find it very enjoyable to look at what is available from Hancock's but their sale fabric can ONLY be found on their website. With living in Southern California, I find M&L the best quilting store west of the Rockies and we are lucky to live close by. Put the catalogue down and start concentrating on your new job so you can make the money to go to M&L Fabrics!!

That is the same phrase that was used in my house! I think my other half looks at it more than I do!

I love getting fabrics. Since I want to use up what I have. Not buying any of the gorgeous fabrics makes me a stronger Woman. OH YEAH !!!

My DD lives in Paducah - the home of Hancock's of Paducah - and she actually knows the owners - the Hancock's. Anyway, they say that some women, coming to their store for the first time - actually walk in the door and start to cry!!!

Sing it again, Sister. You'll probably be okay until you put the catalog and your credit card in the same room------------then it's "Katie bar the door" time.
