Love them - thinner than the regular ones and slip in wonderfully.

I started using flat flower pins when I was making a OBW. I've con't to use them, since the pins shaft is so much thinner and easier to insert in fabric, than my regular quilting pins.

the flat headed pins are much easier to hold onto.... and they lay flat against the quilt so no added bulk from round pinheads. I like them

love the flat heads. just be sure you get the glass ones. yes they are very expensive but worth it.

I don't know if it is just me, but the heads seem to come off on a regular basis. Can't remember what brand I purchased. (old timers disease) :-)
