Has anyone made a whole quilt from fleece?
I bought an LSU fleece panel, but I would like to surround it
with fleece quilting.

I bought a LSU fleece panel and used my skip blade and crocheted an edge around it for my son to use. The skip blade scores little holes in the fabric to ease the insertion of a crochet hook to pull yarn through. You can go to www.projectlinus.org and purchase a blade, it fits in a 45mm rotary cutter.

I make them with two layers of fleece all of the time. It is a great way to practice free hand quilting.

Thanks, but creating with yarn is NOT one of my good
or artistic qualities. Things always seem to come out
crooked or way too small.
