Default Rak

Hello,
I have been searching for a book called "Color Mastery: 10 Principle for Creating Stunning Quilts" by Maria Peagler.
I was so thrilled today to receive this RAK (Random Act of Kindness) from Liza 63 .
It is a wonderful book full of informatation about color, its hue, value, intensity and how to combine colors sucessfully into a quilt according to your own tastes and to appreciate colors and how they can work together.
Since I'm a beginning quilter, didn't have a clue about what colors work well and wasn't very satisfied with how I combined color for my block, turned out more sedate than I liked.
I decided to do an alternate block when I finish my original blocks that is more vibrant.
So very thankful that Liza sent the book to me, am furiously devouring the principles in it.
Thanks, Liza 63 .

Hugs to you both

It doesn't cost much to be nice does it? I love it. Well I re-read this. I'm not being sarcastic. I'm being serious.

When you get right down to it, it is all about sharing and it is fun. We all love quilts, quilting, needlework and FABRIC and no matter what else we are or do in life we have that in common. I truly love this board and was lucky to find it right after I moved across the country from all of my dearest friends. I don't know how I would have made it here without all of you.
