Unhappy Getting my Quilting Fix

Thank you to everyone for posting ... anything today. I am waiting for DH to built me one of my two quilting tables so I can get FMQ. I have one baby quilt to do for a friend. She embroiders then assembles the blocks and is going to pay me for my work. And I have 5 large lap quilts to do as gifts. I do QAYG so they are sitting partially assembled. I refuse to start anything else so I am beginning to get a little crazy. Mending and sorting scraps is beginning to NOT do it for me.
Ive made 12 animal beds to donate to the local animal rescue group. Everyone is saving their bits and pieces for me ... but I'd like to contribute some of my own!

I also enjoy reading posts here - I learn so much from everyone. Got my sewing fix this morning - I made a Classmate bag for my granddaughter instead of watching the sewing programs!

Quiltingboard is almost as good as actually quilting. I am trying to work up the will power to measure and draw the scalloped border on a quilt and I have been putting it off. I have decided to look for some stripped fabric to do my bias binding.

So that's why I don't have the quilting fever lately! I have been getting my fix reading all these threads. Maybe it's time to detox! lol

Sometimes waiting for someone else drives me nuts. When does he expect to have those tables finished. Maybe a temporary solution of a folding table would suffice....if he's going to be a while.
