Did you turn it off, wait a couple of minutes and turn it back on?

I always just turn it off and turn it back on again if anything like this happens and that does the trick. I know it sounds silly but it might just work. Did you try that yet?

Make sure all your cords are plugged in. My light is separate from the machine.

There is one wire underneath the machine that is disconnected, but I have no idea how to plug it back in. Is this something I can do, or do I need to call the repairman?

I'm pretty sure I know how I did it, and won't repeat that. I did not keep the machine between the bungee cords and I think that's what pulled it out.
