I found some primitive fabric I fell in love with on ebay but its 4.50 for half a yard plus shipping. I tried googling but there were so many I thought I would try here and see what you can recommend.

Thanks!

So - what's the question? If you want us to find the fabric, we need to know what it looks like.

When you say "primitive" what exactly do you mean?

Fabric that looks like prints from previous eras? (known as reproductions)
Fabric spun,woven, dyed by hand?
Fabric from foreign lands?
Fabric that really is OLD/antique/primitive-as in poorly or handmade?
Got a picture for us??

I guess I'm not totally sure what you mean by primitives but we have a fantastic store here in WI that has homespuns, wools, etc. Primitive Gatherings in Menasha does a good on-line business as well as storefront. Hope that's what your looking for or if not, hope you find what you need.

Hi Tabby,

I like primitive fabrics also. The one line I have bought is Honey and Me. If you put that name of that fabric line in a seach online, you will pull up different fabric stores that sell it, they make a lot of nice prim fabric. Hope that helps. I am working on a prim Halloween wall hanging from disadesigns.com and that is the fabric line they use. Have fun!

If in primitive you mean Homespuns, go to primitivegatherings.us. The whole store is primitive oriented.
