Met up today with a wonderful lady from here on the board!
Connie in CO and her husband are here in town for the holidays, and we made plans to meet up at one of our favorite LQS. I have been looking forward to this all week, and had an absolute blast shopping at Creative Needle then going for coffee and pie with Connie and her husband.
I'm generally pretty nervous about meeting people, but it felt like we have been friends for years very quickly!
And if meeting a new friend wasn't enough, Connie brought me a wonderful gift...

I loved these when she posted them, and now they have a prominent place beside my chair!

Hi,new friend Sorcha,wonderful time yesterday :thumbup: Wish i had more time shopping.Oh well,I'm so glad we are friends,thank you for those wonderful,i guess their mug mats,i love the tea,sweetner and honey straw in that coffee mug.I'm saving them for when i'm home.I'm going to take a picture later so everyone on the board can see my wonderful gifts.Have a Merry Christmas and hope to see to again in the near future.I love my little nippers i bought.Connie in CO
