That's very beautiful! I love it!!

I have made pin cushions using teacups, but never thought about using a gravy boat! :)

I have my grandmother's good dishes. They are probably 80+ years by now. Now some of you are going to fall of your chair in shock but I think I will go in there and find a gravy boat or creamer, sugar bowl--something and make a pincushion out of a couple and give one to my sister for her birthday and maybe the 2 granddaughters. Even a cup and saucer would be pretty. Why would I do that I am sure you are asking. Well I haven't used them in years, too much work--can't be put into dishwasher. Not hand washing dishes for 15 people. My daugher would never be bothered with using them so when I am gone they will probably go to goodwill or maybe they would sell them to an antique shop. Why not do something that others will enjoy? I just thought I also have some single cup teapots that were my gr aunts (grandma's sister) that might make a cute one too. My goodness you sure have my wheels turning. Not good when I am ready to go to bed. LOL

FYI, the yellow fabric as the back drop was purchased from my local thrift store; 15 yards for $7.00.
WTG, another item to look out for when out looking.
