Blessings bunches
You might also try your local bank. They might let you meet there.

Check with local banks. They often have large meeting rooms and small kitchens you could use.

Funeral homes sometimes have meeting rooms that are separate from the mortuary and the chapel.

Hospitals frequently have classrooms that are available for meetings.
Good luck.

We meet at our Arts Center that is in our town, but we use to meet at another of their buildings so I would ck with them to see what they have available... our library is nice but you are not allowed to bring in food or drink so......
The guild here in Wilson meets in the Ag Center or the Senior Center........ might try the Moose but smoking is allowed in parts of ours so you would have to ck on that

I only read the first page of the comments, but banks sometimes have meeting rooms or a break room. Our guild used to meet in a room like that for our monthly basting. Our regular meetings are in the fellowship hall of a church.

The senior center will find a day and put your group on their calendar monthly. We all contribute $1.00 each time we meet and a couple times a year we make adonation to the center. They are required to open it up to the public so they don't have to charge us a fee.
They are so happy to have our group.
So give it a try.

Some large banks with separate meeting rooms are available. Only one entrance with a key given out the day of the meeting. free ...

Our guild meets at the local Sr. Citizen building for free.

Depending on the size of your local library, you might get to meet in one of their 'public' rooms for free.

See if the local school has rooms out of hours. One of our groups meets in the Girl Guides' Hall - perhaps you could approach 4H or the scouts?

Our guild uses the elementary school sometimes for special events/projects, but the firehouse is where we meet twice a month - we have arraged a little storage at the fire station as well. We made insulated roman shades for the new windows and also clean the mtg room once in awhile as a thank you.

Do you have a Grange Hall or a mtg room at a bank or local hospital that you could reserve free of charge?
