I love using the triangle papers. You get such superb accuracy.
My other favorite way is to make them slighter larger and use my Bloc Locs.

I have started using triangle paper for 2” and smaller. Not the time saver I hoped because of extra steps but it does save me the squaring up step which happens to be my least favorite part of the process!

I have the creative grids 4 in 1 ruler and I love the strip method.

I hate to trim them down, too, so lately I have actually been cutting my squares in half diagonally and sewing the two halves together the old fashioned way. I know there's bias but I don't tug on them, so they come out fine.

I need to square up all of mine. I make mine by cutting squares in half diagonally and sewing 2 halves together.

I find that when I cut them from strips using the Easy Angle ruler, they go together easily and there is very little trimming needed (if any at all...).

I always cut mine a little bigger and then trim down. Makes it much easier and then I starch and iron.
