I've tried using hoops, frames many times and I find my best work is when I hold the quilt in my lap. Still use right hand for needle and left hand under the material to feel the needle. Your stitches are looking really good and very even. That's the most important thing. I find it's more relaxing when I'm quilting in my lap--no more tusseling with frame or hoop. I'm finding there's no real "correct" way to quilt--just do what is best and most relaxing for your. It should be fun and not a "chore".
