Would like some suggestions on what I should hand quilt in the square of a vintage bear paws quilt that I am quilting for a lady. The material is 30s or 40s vintage and is in rough shape. I am having to do some repairs to the top. But was thinking about maybe quilting a small flower in the square. The square is roughly 3 3/4" square. What would you all suggest?
